What We Do

Everything You Need
to Generate Revenue

01

Campaign Setup & Management

Full Google Ads buildout and ongoing optimization for water and mold restoration. We target high-intent emergency searches — burst pipes, flooding, water damage, mold remediation — bid aggressively where the jobs are, and block the DIY and price-shopper traffic that drains budget.

02

High-Converting Landing Pages

Purpose-built landing pages that make it easy to reach you fast — prominent click-to-call for people who want the phone now, plus a simple form for those who'd rather send their details. Built around trust signals (licensed, insured, 24/7 emergency response) and one goal: turning ad clicks into booked jobs.

03

Conversion & Call Tracking

We set up full conversion and call tracking so you can see exactly which keywords and ads are driving real jobs — not just clicks. You'll know where your new business is actually coming from and where every dollar is going.

FAQ

Google Ads FAQs

Why should I run Google Ads? +
Because it puts you in front of people the moment they need you. When a pipe bursts or someone spots mold, they go straight to Google and search for help — they're not scrolling social media. Google Ads captures that existing, high-intent demand and turns it into calls and form fills. It's fast, trackable, and scalable: you can see exactly what every dollar is producing and turn the volume up as the jobs come in.
Do you work with companies that have tried Google Ads before and failed? +
Yes — that's actually our most common client. In most cases a previous campaign failed for fixable reasons: the wrong keywords, no negative keyword strategy, traffic sent to a generic website, or no call tracking to prove what was working. Because the foundation just needs to be rebuilt correctly, these accounts often see results faster the second time around.
How long does it take to see results? +
Because restoration searches are urgent, leads can start coming in within the first few days of going live, and often within the first week. The first 30 days are a learning period as the campaign gathers data, and your cost per lead typically settles and improves around the 30–45 day mark as we optimize bids, keywords, and the landing page.
How much do I need to spend on ads? +
It depends on the service and how competitive your market is, but to stay in front of high-intent emergency searches we set a minimum daily ad budget. For water damage restoration, we recommend a minimum of $200/day. For mold removal, a minimum of $150/day. More competitive metro areas may require more. During your strategy call, we'll give you an honest assessment of what it takes to win jobs in your specific market.
What does monthly management include? +
Our monthly management covers everything needed to keep your campaign performing at its best — landing page A/B split testing, ad copy testing, keyword management, bid and budget optimization, search term monitoring to eliminate wasted spend, and a monthly performance report so you always know where things stand.
How do you choose which keywords to target? +
We target the way your customers actually search in an emergency — terms like burst pipe, flooded basement, water damage cleanup, and mold remediation. We weigh search volume, competition, and commercial intent, then organize everything into tightly themed ad groups so the right ad shows for the right search and your budget goes toward the jobs that are most worth winning.
How do you prevent wasted ad spend? +
Before launch we build a negative keyword list to block searches that won't turn into jobs — DIY how-to searches, price shoppers, job seekers, and supply or equipment lookups — and we review search terms weekly to keep adding to it. That ongoing filtering keeps your budget pointed at high-intent emergency searches instead of clicks that never call.
How do I know the leads are coming from Google Ads? +
We set up call and conversion tracking from day one. Your ads use a unique tracking number so every call they generate is logged and tied back to the keyword and ad that produced it. No guessing and no attribution problems — you'll see exactly where your jobs are coming from.
Do I need a website? +
No — you don't need an existing website to get started. As part of our setup, we build and host a dedicated landing page for your campaign. It's purpose-built to convert visitors into leads, so you're not sending paid traffic to a page that wasn't designed for it.
Will I own the Google Ads account if I cancel? +
Your Google Ads account is 100% yours — it's set up under your ownership and stays with you if we ever part ways. The dedicated landing page and call tracking setup we build and host as part of our service remain owned by 302 PPC.
Am I locked into a long-term contract? +
We ask for a 90-day commitment to start, which aligns with our pricing. That initial 90 days gives the campaign enough time to be properly optimized and to gather enough data to fairly evaluate whether it's the right fit for your business. After the first 90 days, your account moves to month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime with 7 days written notice.
FAQ

Local Domination FAQs

How long does it take to improve my Google Business Profile ranking? +
Typically 3–6 months. If you're starting from scratch — a brand-new profile with little history — it can take 6–12 months to build the authority and local signals Google needs to rank you consistently. Profile ranking is earned over time, so the work compounds the longer we run it.
What's the difference between Local Services Ads (LSA) and Google Ads? +
They're two different Google products. Google (Search) Ads put your business at the top of the search results based on the keywords people type, and you pay per click — we control the keywords, bids, ad copy, and landing page, which is what lets us optimize aggressively. Local Services Ads appear above the regular ads with a "Google Guaranteed" badge, you pay per lead instead of per click, and Google has to verify your business first through background checks, licensing, and insurance. LSAs run on Google's own qualification and rating system rather than the keyword-and-landing-page controls we use to fine-tune Search Ads.
Do you manage Local Services Ads (LSAs)? +
We can assist you in getting set up and making sure your account is optimized. However, you're responsible for auditing calls, rating leads as qualified or not, and the ongoing day-to-day handling that LSAs require.
