We bring significant experience and best practices to every campaign, but advertising results depend on many factors outside our control — including market conditions, competition, budget levels, seasonality, your offer, and your ability to follow up with leads. We do not and cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volume, conversion rates, or return on investment.

6. Industry Restrictions

We currently do not provide services to roofing companies or personal injury law firms. We reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements with any business at our sole discretion, including where we determine there is a conflict of interest or a misalignment in values or practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by 302 PPC or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Campaign assets we create during an engagement (such as ad copy, keyword lists, landing page designs, and templates) remain our intellectual property and may be reused in our work with other clients. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the specific deliverables for the duration of the engagement.

Each party agrees to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential and to use it only for the purposes of delivering or receiving the services. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

Our services rely on third-party platforms — including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or account actions taken by these third parties, including account suspensions or policy-based ad disapprovals.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 302 PPC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
